Richard Grant Cuvee Rosé, Pinot Noir
A unique wine, light in color, but with a distinctive spice-like character. It has less of the common cherry-like character of other Pinots, but is more complex in both body and spice aftertaste. The spice character develops further as the wine ages in bottle, and this is a wine that can improve with age for more than a decade.
Food Pairing Suggestions:
Light enough to go well with fish as well as meat dishes, especially salmon. This Pinot Noir is particularly suited to Thanksgiving turkey, both light and dark meat.
