Tasting Notes

Lodi is located in the central valley of California and is cooler than either the northern or southern halves of the valley. This wine is slightly off-dry and very smooth on the palate. Layers of dark fruit flavor concentration. Aromas include notes of bing cherry, plum, and blueberry. Rich mouth-feel with a nice balance.
